Phulchowki (2782m) one of the best destination for short hiking in terms of vegetation in Kathmandu valley. It is 25 km from Kathmandu to Godawari and 12 km ascend till Phulchowki. Being one of the famous one-day hiking spot, Phulchoki Hike offers a spectacular view of Himalayan range, green jungle, wild animals, birds and mixed culture of locals.  Phulchoki is a home of 265 species of birds along with the migrant birds. Such as it is also best destination for the one who loves bird watching.

One Day Phulchoki Hike - Itinerary

Day 1:Drive to Godawari. Visit Botanical Garden then hike to Phulchowki hill (4 Hrs)

Early in the morning, we will drive to Godawari. Our hike will start after a short visit to Botanical Garden. We will hike through the tropical thick forest for an hour. The reward of spectacular views after reaching Phulchowki hill is breathtaking which makes you forget all the pain that you went through to reach here.
